Question of the week!

As we all know, pregnancy is such a gift! However, sometimes we experience some unpleasant symptoms during those first few weeks of pregnancy. Any good tips or suggestions on how to make those first few weeks a little easier?

Give in to cravings....but seriously, I was very nauseous during my second pregnancy and slightly sick with the twins. My best advice is to have crackers near by and water. Also, try different prenatal vitamins as they can contribute to the sickness feeling.

Lemon was very soothing to me during those first few weeks. The scent, the taste...I loved it!

Whole Foods has sugar coated ginger candies that helped me a lot!! Im not the biggest fan of ginger but it settled my queezy stomach!! Ginger Ale was my best friend during those first few weeks as well!!
