Our April meeting went really well! We gathered at Crystal's house to view "The Business of Being Born" documentary. We also enjoyed drinks and appetizers while discussing the film. It was so interesting to hear everyone's personal birth stories and opinions. It was wonderful how everyone respected each member's personal belief system. All of our meetings present information in some form. We appreciate that everyone remains open minded. We all walked away with a new perspective on the birthing process. It was enlightening and intriguing. To sum it up, Amy so eloquently said, "we each have our own story with the same wonderful result!"
Thank you to all of the members that brought gently used magazines for our gift swap! A big thank you to Nicole who was so thoughtful to think of our husbands while selecting her magazines for the swap! :)
We also collected several travel size toiletries for First Step. Thank you for being so thoughtful in your donations.
Crystal was a wonderful host!! Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to our group!
