"Molly is a very sweet baby; much quieter and sleepier than we're accustomed to in a newborn, but we know that could change at any moment so we're enjoying it while we can :) Big sister Charlotte can't get enough of her real life baby doll, and we have to keep a close eye to ensure that Molly is not literally smothered with love!"

Question of the week!
Tell us about the first time your child was REALLY SICK or had their first SERIOUS INJURY. How did you deal with it? Any good tips for the rest of the parents on dealing with particular illnesses?
February NMF Meeting- Sex & Marriage
If the kids are around, COVER THEIR EYES! :) :)
This was our raciest NMF meeting and it was a hit!!!!
Crystal, our very own NMF member, gave an excellent presentation on sex and marriage. Topics covered were:
1) Sex during pregnancy
2) Sex after pregnancy
3) How to keep the spark alive
It was an extremely informative presentation. Not only was it educational, it was a lot of fun! Thank you again Crystal for all of the time and energy you put into your presentation. We really enjoyed the evening!
We had a a few sexy contests throughout the night. Several members walked away with fun prizes:
1) Kelly- married the longest
2) Nicole- the most spontaneous (for further details, you must ask Nicole! :))
3) Emily- the most romantic Valentines day
The rest are too racy to mention!!!!
We also would also like to thank Kelly for hosting the February meeting.
Looking forward:
*Read up on Skinny Bitch! Our March meeting is coming up soon.
*April 16th: Healthy Cooking Demonstration, $25.00 a person.
*Start thinking about an easy "Make It, Bake It, Fake It" fundraiser item for our Mother's Day brunch in May. Your ten items are your donation to Autism Speaks. Autism Speaks was our chosen charity for the 2009. Items can be as simple as baked cookies, crafts, items from the dollar section of Target. Everyone (except guests) will bring ten items to sell. Members and guests at our May meeting will hopefully purchase some of our fundraising items. All proceeds will got to A.S.
*We are in the process of planning for the fall. Feel free to email with meeting ideas and suggestions.

Meeting Ideas for 2009/2010
We would love to hear from our knowledgeable, wise, and savvy members! Wouldn't it be fun to take a peek into other people's homes to see how they organize, cook, discipline, etc.? We all have so much we can learn from each other.
Would you be interested in speaking at a meeting? We understand that not everyone is a professional public speaker or a total expert on a given subject. We still would love to hear from you! Think about teaming up with someone to speak on a certain topic or feel free to go solo!
Here are some ideas:
-Love and Logic or discipline
-Potty Training
-Starting and maintaining a garden
-Fashion and beauty tips
-Organizing memorabilia
-30 minute meal demonstration
-Decorating
-Party planning
